Mum & Bub Yoga - 4 Week Session - Sept 5-26

Thursdays, 10:45-11:45am

Join us in experiencing the joy of practicing yoga with your non-crawling baby. This class will specifically focus on calming the mind, releasing tension and toning the body. Through gentle movements, breath work, stretching and strengthening - begin to feel stronger, more confident and nourish the connection between body + mind.

You and baby will both benefit from the bonding time together while connecting with other moms and babies in our community. In this supportive environment, moms are free to tend to their babies needs. This class is suitable for beginners, and/or for moms transitioning back into a gentler practice.

COST: $72 + tax ($75.60) for 4 weeks or Drop-in = $20 + tax ($21)

*Last Day to register for Weekly Class is Sunday, Sept 1

*Class needs 4 registered to run and maxes out @ 10 People

KIDS Yoga (Ages 5-8)

Kids Yoga Session (Ages 5-8 years)

Children (Boys and Girls) with learn how to focus and centre themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques.

Our practice will help teach self-awareness, worth and respect for others. We will incorporated fun and challenging poses, games, breath and basic anatomy.

*Children will participate on their own without parents present. Please arrive 5-10 Minute before Class time


DATES: Wednesdays, Sept 11 - Oct 2 (4 Sessions)

TIMES: 3:45pm - 4:30pm

COST: $40 + tax ($42) for 4 Weeks

Yoga for Beginners

Yoga for Beginners - 6 Week Series - Sept 12 - Oct 17

Thursdays: 9:15-10:30am

This class is meant for those who have never tried yoga or want to create a strong foundation to practice from. We will work together weekly to learn building blocks of basic postures and incorporate important elements such as breathing techniques and meditation, to support the transformation that this practice can bring to the individuals mind, body and spirit.

We provide all tools necessary including yoga mats. All you need to do is make a weekly commitment to your self.

There is no experience required and everyones abilities and limitations will be acknowledged and worked with - In other words there are no excuses. We all start from somewhere, the important thing is starting!

Cost = $108 + tax ($113.40)

Class needs 5 People to run and all registration must be complete before Sept 6

Aerial Yoga 6 Week Series - Level 1 Thursdays | Sept 12 - Oct 19 | 6 Sessions 7:30-8:30pm

Aerial yoga is the practice of traditional Hatha yoga with a soft fabric hammock, supporting up to 200 lbs, suspended a few feet off the ground. The hammock is a prop like a strap or block, intended to assist alignment, deepen awareness and provide immediate benefits of spinal decompression.

With the weight of the body partially or fully supported along with the help of gravity and the fabric, we can explore and create space in our bodies as intended in traditional yoga practice. Without the compression of the joints and spine we can achieve proper posture and alignment through relaxation rather than effort, therefore finding a more balanced and unencumbered expression of each pose.

Through Aerial Yoga the fascia unwinds, the mind quiets, core-strength is built, and participants leave the class feeling contentment, exhilaration and joy.

Based around the chakras, this is a yoga class that is specially modified for those who are pregnant.

Please make sure you have permission from your doctor to participate.

This class will need 5 Participants to run.

HOT YOGA - Pregistered - Tuesdays @ 6:45-8pm

Sometimes when the body is sore, it actually needs to move! This class is a powerful upbeat hatha yoga class in a heated room. The 30 degrees celsius heat will entice a nice light sweat, warming your body to the core. Focus is breath, muscular strength, core building, stretch and finding the deepest relax in savasana.

Only one problem, you might not want to go back outside.

MUST REGISTER BY OCTOBER 21st.
